Meet the Person Behind Trusten Windows & Doors
Trusten Windows & Doors is a licensed and insured window and door contractor serving East Valley communities.
Trusten was built on the idea that homeowners should be able to replace their windows and doors without confusing pricing, high-pressure sales tactics, or wondering what happens after they sign a contract.
Our approach is based on experience, clear communication, fair pricing, and treating each homeowner with the same level of care, whether the project involves one window or an entire home.
Why We Started Trusten
Trusten was built on years of combined experience in window and door sales, installation, project management, operations, and exterior renovation.
Much of our earlier experience came from large installation programs where several parties were involved in the customer journey. That taught us how quickly a project can become frustrating when communication breaks down, or no one takes responsibility.
When we looked at the East Valley market, we saw plenty of window and door companies. We believed what was missing was a more personal approach built around clear proposals, fair pricing, helpful recommendations, and consistent communication. That became the foundation for Trusten.
Why the Name Trusten?
The name reflects what we want our company to stand for.
We are family-owned, locally focused, and built on earning homeowners’ trust. That means giving straight answers, offering fair product options, communicating clearly, and following through on our promises.
We don’t expect trust because our name is on the truck. We work to earn it throughout the project.
Meet Brad Chaffee
Responsible Managing Individual
Brad is Trusten’s public face and runs the business day-to-day. He is also the Responsible Managing Individual for Trusten’s Arizona Registrar of Contractors license, ROC #363840.
Brad brings close to 20 years of experience across windows, doors, exterior renovation, sales, installation, and operations.
Before Trusten, he served for six years as Director of Operations for the window and door division at Premier Services Group, an installation service provider operating across nine states. He previously owned and operated Very Good Contracting, LLC, an exterior renovation company serving Oregon and Washington, and worked as an exterior project manager for Lowe’s Home Improvement.
That background shapes the way Brad works with homeowners today.
Instead of relying on a scripted sales presentation, he starts by listening. If a homeowner wants better energy efficiency, for example, the conversation focuses on why it matters and which factors may actually help, including Solar Heat Gain Coefficient, Low-E glass, and product performance.
The goal is to educate first and help the homeowner make the right decision for their home.
Years of working in window and door sales, installation, and operations showed us where the customer experience often breaks down.
That experience shapes how we work today. We focus on clear proposals, fair pricing, helpful recommendations, and communication that continues after the contract is signed.
We also believe homeowners should have enough information to make their own decision. If you need time to review your options, take it. Our job is to help you understand what you are buying, not pressure you into deciding before you are ready.
